As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will help enterprise customers build, maintain, and improve their IT infrastructure. You will work with servers, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity solutions, backup systems, and modern workplace technologies while collaborating with consultants, project managers, and solution architects.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving technical problems, learning new technologies, and working on real enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite infrastructure support for enterprise customers.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, security, and Microsoft 365 related issues.
- Implement and support backup, virtualization, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Monitor system health, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare documentation.
- Support infrastructure implementation projects and collaborate with customers and vendors.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and Microsoft 365.
- Familiar with virtualization and Linux environments.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure, AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cato Networks.
- Experience with CrowdStrike, Cisco Duo, Veeam, or monitoring tools.
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash).
- IT certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, AWS, CCNA, or Veeam.
- Japanese language ability is a plus.
