V Group Advances to the Final Round of Ramathibodi Hospital's Personnel Scheduling System Project

Our Healthcare Personnel Scheduling Platform has successfully advanced to the final stage passing the Proof of Concept (POC) for the Personnel Management System project at Ramathibodi Hospital —one of Thailand's leading medical institutions.
Standing Among Thailand's Strongest Technology Companies
The competition attracted seven participating companies, including several of Thailand's largest and most established enterprise IT providers.
Following the technical evaluation, only two companies successfully passed the POC stage, and V Group was honored to be one of them.
For a young consulting and technology company, this represents strong validation that world-class engineering, innovative algorithms, and deep domain expertise can compete alongside the industry's largest players.
A Demonstration That Spoke for Itself
During the live technical demonstration, participating vendors were required to generate complex personnel schedules while satisfying numerous operational constraints.
While other solutions required nearly the entire two-hour demonstration session to produce and explain their schedules, V Group's scheduling engine completed the optimization in approximately 10 seconds with most balanced distribution.
More importantly, the system did not generate just only a single answer.
Within those few seconds, it produced five optimized scheduling alternatives, allowing evaluators to compare different planning options based on operational priorities.
