As a Business Analyst at V Group Consulting & Solutions, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll work on challenging Odoo ERP implementation projects across diverse industries in Thailand, Japan, and Southeast Asia, transforming business requirements into powerful digital solutions.
This position requires both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving. We expect you to be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional spec
- Design Odoo workflows and processes
- Support testing and user training
- Manage client communication and expectations
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Engineering
- 2-5 years in business analysis or ERP
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Client-facing experience
- Fluent in English or Thai
Nice to have
- Odoo Enterprise experience
- Thai localization knowledge
- Accounting Knowledge
