Launching a hospital is far more complex than installing medical equipment or clinical systems. This hospital operates with a full-scale organizational structure of nearly 300 personnel, covering departments such as outpatient services, inpatient wards, intensive care units (ICU), operating rooms, maternity and newborn care, pharmacy and medical supply management, laboratory diagnostics, radiology, physiotherapy, medical records, insurance coordination, front service operations, procurement, and hospital engineering support.
To support these operations from the very first day of service, V Group Consulting & Solutions Co., Ltd. is deploying the Enterprise ERP platform to serve as the hospital’s core digital backbone across:
- Accounting & Finance
- Procurement and Supply Chain
- Inventory Management
- Pharmacy and Medical Supplies
- Revenue and Billing Management
A key highlight of the project is the deep integration between Odoo ERP and the Hospital Information System (HIS) through more than 10 data integration points, enabling seamless data exchange such as:
- Patient and vendor master data synchronization
- Automatic deduction of drugs and medical supplies based on clinical services
- Automated recording of revenue and financial transactions
- Real-time operational and financial visibility for management
