As a Senior Developer at V Group Consulting & Solutions, you will lead the technical design and development of sophisticated Odoo ERP solutions for clients across Thailand, Japan, and Southeast Asia. You'll architect scalable systems, build custom modules, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Odoo modules
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions
- Build APIs and system integrations
- Manage production infrastructure and DevOps
- Lead code reviews and mentor developers
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
- 5+ years Odoo development experience
- Expert in Python, ORM, QWeb, JavaScript
- Strong PostgreSQL and Linux skills
- Fluent in English or Thai
Nice to have
- Docker or Kubernetes experience
- Thai localization expertise
- OCA contributions or open source work
- AWS/GCP and Infrastructure as Code
