As a Project Coordinator / Manager at V Group Consulting & Solutions, you are the engine that keeps our digital transformation projects running smoothly. You will be responsible for the flawless execution of Odoo ERP implementations, ensuring that every milestone is met with precision and that our clients across the region are always aligned with the project’s progress.

Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor project timelines and milestones
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and sessions
- Manage scope, risks, and change requests
- Coordinate consultants, developers, and client
- Prepare project plans, reports, and sign-off
Must Have
- Bachelor in IT, Business, Engineering, related.
- 2–5 years in project coordination or management
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Client-facing experience
- Fluent in English or Thai
Nice to have
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Odoo or ERP project experience
- Japanese language skills
- Cross-cultural or Japanese client experience
