As a Functional Consultant at V Group Consulting & Solutions, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll work on challenging ERP implementation projects across diverse industries in Thailand, Japan, and Southeast Asia, transforming business requirements into powerful digital solutions.
This position requires both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving. We expect you to be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. Working Hour : Monday - Friday 9:00-18:00
Working Location : Hybrid (BTS Ploenchit / Remote )
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional spec
- Design workflows and processes
- Functional testing, User training and support UAT
- Manage client communication and expectations
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Engineering
- 2-5 years in business analysis or functional consultant of ERP Implementation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Client-facing experience
- Fluent in English or Thai

- Thai localization knowledge
