Role summary The System Analyst acts as the bridge between business users and development vendors, owning the full requirements-to-delivery lifecycle for a connected-car platform (T-Connect-type telematics: mobile apps, APIs, backend, and cloud services). The role spans both business analysis and hands-on technical design.
Working Hour : Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00
Working Location : Onsite 100% BTS Ploenchit
Technology used in Current Role : RHEL/Apache/JBoss EAP/Oracle/Oracle RAC/Spring Framework/Thymeleaf
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate into functional specifications and user stories
- Design UI/UX wireframes and produce specification documents: ER diagrams, system/workflow flow diagrams, DFD, data dictionary, operation flows and explain to developer
- Prepare and execute test cases/scenarios , support UAT and training
Must Have

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst
- Strong documentation skills (ER/DFD/flow diagrams), proficient in SQL
- Good analytical and technical documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience or understanding of System Modernization and Legacy Migration
- Experience in telematics, automotive, or connected systems
- Fluent in English
