As part of the final preparation before go-live, V Group Consulting and Solutions conducted a two-day Odoo Training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workshop for a hospital in the BANGNA area.
The workshop provided users with the opportunity to perform real transactions, validate business processes, and provide feedback to the project team before the system entered live operation. This important phase helped ensure that both users and processes were ready for the next stage of the ERP implementation.
The training and UAT sessions focused on three key operational areas:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Inventory Management
- Accounting Operations
By combining system training with UAT, users were able to work through real business scenarios and gain hands-on experience within the Odoo environment. The feedback collected during the workshop served as important input for final system adjustments and operational preparation.
This two-day engagement also helped strengthen user readiness across departments by improving understanding of key workflows and increasing confidence in daily system usage. By identifying questions and improvement opportunities early, the project team was able to further refine the system and support a smoother transition into live operations.
